General Information

By commissioning Saicno, you agree to all Terms of Service listed below.
All prices are base estimates and may increase depending on complexity and detail.
Saicno reserves the right to refuse any request.
Commissions are not first come, first served.
Orders are added to the queue only after payment is received.
Estimated completion time is 1–2 weeks (may vary).
Rush orders are available (+50%) and must be discussed in advance.

• Payment
All payments are made in USD via PayPal or Stripe invoice only
Commissions up to $200 USD → 100% upfront
Commissions above $200 USD → 50% upfront
Commissions above $1500 USD → 25% upfront
Remaining balance must be paid after sketch approval•Invoices must be paid within 24 hours.
•Unpaid invoices after 7 days will result in cancellation and slot reopening.

Commission Process <

1. After payment, your order is added to the queue
2. A colored sketch will be sent for review
3. All major changes must be requested at this stage
4. After approval, rendering begins
5. Final files are delivered via email in high resolution

Revisions <

6. Minor changes (colors, small details, accessories) are allowed
7. Major changes in later stages will incur additional fees (25%–50%)

Order Guidelines <

• Please provide clear descriptions and visual references.
• More detailed requests ensure better accuracy and faster workflow.

Usage & Copyright <

Client is NOT allowed to:

• Claim the artwork as their own
• Remove signature or watermark
• Edit, trace, or resell the artwork
• Use artwork for AI/ML training
• Mint or use as NFT

Client is allowed to:

• Post artwork with proper credit
• Resize/crop for personal use

Commercial Use <

• 2x price → promotional/commercial use
• 3x price → resale (merch, prints, etc.)

Additional Fees <

• Rush orders → +50%
• Late major revisions → +25% to 50%
• Adding to an existing order → +10%
• Returning clients → 10% discount (orders above $100 USD)

Refund & Cancellation Policy <

• 100% refund → before work starts
• 50% refund → after sketch phase
• No refund → after rendering starts
• Full refund if Saicno cannot complete the order

Chargebacks <

• Immediate loss of rights to the artwork
• Permanent blacklist
• Saicno may resell the artwork

Queue & Priority <

• Queue time may vary
• Priority order:1. Rush orders
2. Returning clients
3. New clients

Allowed Content <

• Original Characters (OC)
• Fanart
• Real people (in Saicno’s style)
• Light gore
• Ecchi / nudity (18+ only)
• Mecha
• Nekomimi
• NSFW

Not Allowed <

• Minors in sexual/suggestive content
• Full furry
• Realism
• NFT-related requests
• Hateful or discriminatory content

Delivery <

• High-resolution files
• Versions with and without background
• Watermarked version for posting
• Posting without watermark requires proper credit

Blacklist Policy <

• Reasons include:
• Ghosting
• Scam attempts
• Chargebacks
• Misuse of artwork
• Harassment or disrespect
• Breaking these Terms• Blacklist may be temporary or permanent

Privacy Policy <

• Personal data is used only for communication
• No data is shared with third parties
• Security is not guaranteed 100%
• External links are not Saicno’s responsibility
• Policy may change at any time
