TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Payment

Payment is made in two stages:
50% upfront before the project begins.
50% upon completion, before the final files are delivered.
Payments are accepted via PayPal or Pix. Other payment methods may be discussed before the project starts.
Prices vary depending on the project's complexity, number of revisions, and the type of design requested.
Major changes requested after the design has been approved or finalized will incur additional charges.
No refunds will be issued once work has started.

2. Delivery

The estimated turnaround time is 1–5 days, depending on the complexity of the project and my current workload.
Final files will be delivered in the requested format (PNG, JPG, PDF, PSD, AI, or other agreed formats).
Source/editable files are only included if previously agreed upon.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial use must be mentioned before the project begins.If the design will be used for advertising campaigns, merchandise, exclusive licensing, or other large-scale commercial purposes, additional licensing fees may apply depending on the intended use.
